About Me

I’m an integrated nutrition certified health coach with a deep respect for science and lived experience, because real health is rarely just one or the other.

My own journey began asking the same questions many clients come to me with: Why don’t I feel my best, even when I’m doing everything “right”? And why did the answers always feel incomplete?

Through years of learning, experimenting, and working alongside practitioners, I discovered meaningful change comes from understanding the full picture - nutrition, lifestyle, stress, labs, genetics, and the subtle signals your body is always giving you.

That last one is a biggie. The signals start as whispers, but if you don’t listen, trust me - they’ll get louder.

I’ve navigated gut health challenges, hormone shifts, metabolic issues, mold detoxification (twice), and the overwhelm that can come from trying to piece it together alone.

Along the way I didn’t just want to be told WHAT to do - the detective in me wanted to understand WHY. And now, that is my commitment to you.

I help clients connect the dots between symptoms, labs, and daily habits so they can make informed, sustainable changes without extremes or guesswork.
