Frequently Asked Questions
-
That’s very common and completely okay. Many clients come in with a general feeling of “something’s off,” or multiple overlapping concerns. Part of our work together is clarifying priorities and identifying where your energy will have the greatest impact.
You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to begin.
-
Many clients come to me after years of trying diets, supplements, workouts, or advice that didn’t fully work. Our focus is understanding why something didn’t help and identifying what’s actually relevant for you now.
-
I work best with people who:
Want sustainable change, not extremes
Are curious about their bodies and open to learning
Are willing to make lifestyle modifications and try new things
Feel like they’re “doing the right things” but not getting results
You don’t need to be perfect, disciplined, or highly motivated - just open and willing to engage.
-
No. I am not a medical doctor or therapist.
I offer integrative health coaching, education, and support. I help clients understand patterns, connect the dots, and make informed lifestyle decisions - often alongside their existing healthcare providers.
-
I don’t prescribe medications.
When supplements or lifestyle tools are discussed, the focus is on:
Education
Context
What’s most likely to help you
My goal is clarity, not complexity.
-
Not at all! Some clients love data, wearables, and metrics. Others want simple, grounded guidance without tracking everything. Both are welcome here.
My role is to meet you where you are and help you decide what actually adds value, not overwhelm you with tools you don’t need.
-
That’s completely okay. You do not need blood work, lab testing, or a wearable to start working together or to make meaningful, measurable progress.
We can begin with what’s already available: your symptoms, history, habits, stress levels, sleep, digestion, energy patterns, and goals. These alone provide a tremendous amount of insight.
If at some point labs or wearables feel helpful, we can explore them together but they are never a prerequisite.
-
If and when it makes sense, I can absolutely help with that.
I offer education and guidance around:
Functional and conventional lab testing
Key blood markers to discuss with your provider
Wearables (sleep, recovery, activity, glucose, etc.)
Hormone testing options
Supplement considerations and simplification
Importantly, recommendations are always optional and personalized, not a checklist or protocol you’re expected to follow.
-
Some clients meet weekly or biweekly during periods of active change. Others meet monthly or on an as-needed basis. We’ll decide together what feels supportive and sustainable for your life.
-
I don’t believe in one size fits all protocols, rigid rules, or chasing every new health trend.
What makes my approach different is the combination of:
Personalization over prescriptions - we focus on your patterns, not generic advice
Education over dependency - I help you understand your body so you can make confident decisions long-term
Context over checklists – labs, wearables, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle are always interpreted together
Sustainability over extremes - progress that fits real life, not perfection
I blend science, lived experience, and curiosity, helping clients connect the dots between symptoms, habits, and data without overwhelm or judgment.
-
I offer both individual sessions and multi-session packages, depending on the level of support you’re looking for.
Discovery calls are complimentary
Single sessions are available for targeted support or lab reviews. Lab reviews are priced higher because of the additional prep on my end (I’ll request your labs in advance).
Packages are designed for deeper, more sustainable change over time and are offered at a reduced per-session rate
Pricing is transparent and clearly listed at the time of booking. There are no subscriptions, auto-renewals, or longterm commitments.
If you’re unsure which option makes the most sense, we can talk it through during a discovery call
-
No. You’re never locked into ongoing sessions. You’re always in control of the pace and depth of support. Even with the package, you can choose regularly scheduled sessions for accountability and momentum, or book as needed just when you have topics to discuss.
-
The best place to start is with a free 20-minute discovery call. This is a no pressure conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit and to explore what support might look like for you right now.
-
I completely understand that schedules change. I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Because time is reserved just for you, sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are not refundable. You’ll see the full policy again when booking through my scheduling system.
